I'm willing to look at a variety of options as long as I feel I am getting good quality for good price. No Goodman or other bottom-of-the-line units.
I do not want to buy a unit at anywhere near retail cost and I am somewhat doubtful about buying one from an installer or HVAC service company because they always seem to want to gouge on the unit price.
I just spoke to my [soon-to-be-replaced] HVAC maintenance contract company in Walpole. They wanted $2000 for the air handler purchase, $4000 for their labor plus another $1000 for a carpenter because they wanted to take the bathroom ceiling down and use a lift. I have been advised by experienced contractors that the entire job could be done for around $3000 with a good quality unit and that no carpentry was needed.
Quotes should includes 2 installers, different model purchase options, lift rental if you really think you need lift, any sheetrock removal/replacement if you think you need it, condensation pan and consdensation backup if needed, and disposal of older unit. Work insured for a period of 30 or more days would be a plus.

We are not looking for much, simply a man large enough to fit the character of a giant-like figure. The ideal body size would be someone 6'5" or taller, a certain weight is not a requirement.
This is a professional production that will be taking place throughout our next semester (January-May). Shooting will most likely occur in March but depends on the weather.
We are currently in the pre-production stages but are looking to cast as soon as possible.
We are in search of a young female actress, any age from 8 to 11, to play one of the two lead roles in our short film. There is no specific look we are in search of, the only requirement is that the girl be around the ages of 9 or 10. The actress must however be outgoing and willing and able to work with an older male actor of large size who will be playing a Monster-like character.
The shooting will take place in March depending on the weather, and will be no more than a few days.

I have a decent basic kit, with funds to add more equipment as we roll. Projectors, clips, laptop, software, I can handle my end. Each year, the School of Law participates in the American Bar Association Client Counseling Competition. Competitors interview clients attempting to get information and opinions from the often reluctant clients. The competitors are law students, and the clients are played by actors. The competitors are judged by a panel who watch the interview.
The actors will be provided with 1-2 background profiles outlining important facts and intentions for the interview. They will be provided further information and coaching 30 minutes prior to the interview. Then, the interview will commence, much like a structured improvisation. This will be a wonderful opportunity to practice improvisation skills and interacting in a realistic, “non-actor” setting while developing and playing a character.

Client Specified Program Hours: Dec 31 6pm-10pm for labor only Jan 1 6am-10am for labor and 9am-3:30pm for brand ambassadors
Event Rate: Flat rate of $60 for the 4 hour shift for labor and flat rate of $143 for brand ambassadors for the 6.5 hour shift. . This rate will be prorated for the actual hours worked.
Flat rate of $20 for the on site back up. As the back up, you must show up on site to see if you are needed. If needed, you will work the full shift and be paid the shift rate. If you are not needed, you can go home and will be paid a flat rate of $20.

Responsibilities & Duties
The stylists selected to work this event will be assisting with the activation of the our client’s footprint at the New England Patriots home football games. They will be interacting with mostly male football fans and providing free facial hair shaves using our client’s razors and shaving crème provided onsite. They will also be educating consumers on our client’s products. A training manual will be provided prior to the first event day. Other duties may be assigned onsite by the Field Manager – including riding around in the golf cart with the models.
Requirements
-Stylists must be 18 years of age or older.
-Stylists must speak fluent English.
-Stylists must have an approved photo by the client before being booked for the event.
-Stylists should be in the ideal age range of 18-35 for the event.
-Stylists must have male client shaving experience.
-Stylists must be extremely reliable and able to commit to the program.
-Stylists should have an engaging and friendly personality and add to the environment of the event.
Wardrobe
The stylist/barber will need to wear her own khaki pants, tennis shoes, and a white, navy, red, or gray long-sleeved shirt. Gillette will provide a zip-up hooded sweatshirt onsite. Stylist/Barber can also bring their own gloves, hat, scarf for the event – as long as they are NOT branded and in a “Patriots” color scheme.
Rate
