We are looking for a supervisor to manage the operation. This involves setting up the unit for the morning shift while also making sure customer service flows at a good pace during the overnight. We have many regular customers during this shift, so this requires a high comfort level while providing excellent customer service that is consistent. Manages a staff between 2 to 5 Café Assistants. Needs to be a leader while also being a team player. Maintains equipment, stocking of unit and routine cleaning. Handles voids, cash handling issues, and customer complaints. Maintains temperature logs, routinely inspects products, and ensures that everything sold is of the highest quality and standard. Must be comfortable standing for most of the shift. Assists patients as needed. Must have knowledge of food safety and handling. ServSafe Certification is a plus.
