Client Specified Program Hours: Dec 31 6pm-10pm for labor only Jan 1 6am-10am for labor and 9am-3:30pm for brand ambassadors
Event Rate: Flat rate of $60 for the 4 hour shift for labor and flat rate of $143 for brand ambassadors for the 6.5 hour shift. . This rate will be prorated for the actual hours worked.
Flat rate of $20 for the on site back up. As the back up, you must show up on site to see if you are needed. If needed, you will work the full shift and be paid the shift rate. If you are not needed, you can go home and will be paid a flat rate of $20.

Client Directed Staff Responsibilities: Labor will be hanging signage outdoors. Brand Ambassadors will be talking with consumers (primary target is 25-30 year olds males) handing out premiums and being friendly.
Client Preferred Attire: Labor - dress very warmly with gloves, hats, scarves, etc. Please no offensive clothing. Brand Ambassadors - you will be indoors and will be provided with a black tank top and black pants. Please wear comfortable, cute black shoes.

Responsibilities & Duties
The stylists selected to work this event will be assisting with the activation of the our client’s footprint at the New England Patriots home football games. They will be interacting with mostly male football fans and providing free facial hair shaves using our client’s razors and shaving crème provided onsite. They will also be educating consumers on our client’s products. A training manual will be provided prior to the first event day. Other duties may be assigned onsite by the Field Manager – including riding around in the golf cart with the models.
Requirements
-Stylists must be 18 years of age or older.
-Stylists must speak fluent English.
-Stylists must have an approved photo by the client before being booked for the event.
-Stylists should be in the ideal age range of 18-35 for the event.
-Stylists must have male client shaving experience.
-Stylists must be extremely reliable and able to commit to the program.
-Stylists should have an engaging and friendly personality and add to the environment of the event.
Wardrobe
The stylist/barber will need to wear her own khaki pants, tennis shoes, and a white, navy, red, or gray long-sleeved shirt. Gillette will provide a zip-up hooded sweatshirt onsite. Stylist/Barber can also bring their own gloves, hat, scarf for the event – as long as they are NOT branded and in a “Patriots” color scheme.
Rate
$40/hr.

* Keeping up to date with events going on in the wine world
* A passion for web 2.0 and social media — it will be important Press, Marketing and Feature wise for the website to stay up to date on what other Social Platforms are doing — we will 100% tell you blogs that we read to stay abreast and will look to you to help us research more :)

This is a semester-long internship; 15–20 hours per week. This is an unpaid internship, but you can receive school credit and you will be “paid” in wine and tickets to our events. The ideal candidate has minimum 1-year promotions experience promoting consumer products in the retail environment. You know how to engage store managers and potential consumers.
A major aspect of this role will be engage consumers and educate them on the product features and benefits. As previously stated, many of the brands we represent are wines which require knowledge about the wine category, vineyards, varietals, and other complex components of wine. An equally critical job responsibility will be to hire, train, and manage a small team of qualified and reliable staff that you will delegate but this will not occur until the spring.
You will work from your home office and therefore must have reliable transportation, strong time management skills, laptop/desktop with internet access, and a digital camera (or multi media device capable of taking quality images). You will submit reports on-line to our proprietary web-based software solution within 24 hours of event completion.
You will be compensated for management and event execution in an hourly formula. Pay ranges from $25 to $37/hr plus bonus depending upon experience and sales. The events will occur in independent liquor stores, across metro Boston, and range from 3 to 5 hours in duration. Applicants with a flexible schedule will have an advantage.
