Boston University Medical Center is seeking volunteers
If you are a parent or primary care taker of a child between the ages of 4-10, you may be eligible.
Complete a survey on healthy eating, physical activity, TV and videos.
Eligible participants will be entered in a random drawing for $500.
Earn up to $50 for participation
