We are a well-established 40-person architectural firm located north of Boston seeking to recruit individuals for a few key positions within the firm. We provide a full range of design services to a variety of clients with a concentration in large-scale institutional projects in the educational market. We seek to add the following positions over the next several months
Project Manager: Overall responsibility for coordination with in-house design and production teams, outside consultants and the client.
Experience required – this person will have led from start to finish, large and complex projects that required significant client and consultant interface. This is a leadership position and requires that the candidate have demonstrated experience in this capacity, professional registration required and LEED AP® is a plus.
Project Architect/Job Captain: Production lead responsible for coordination of in-house staff and outside consultant coordination.
Experience required – must have led production teams on large and complex projects, production experience using Revit®, professional registration and LEED AP® are a plus.
CADD Drafter: Member of production team responsible for drafting floorplans, elevations, sections, details etc.
Experience required – 3-5 years of CADD experience using AutoCAD (v. 2008-2010) and Revit®, 3-D platform experience such as SketchUp and graphics experience in Photoshop and InDesign are a plus, LEED AP® also a plus.
