Overbrook Scientific is looking for an Instrument Service Technician to work in our laboratory and at our customer sites.

Types of service work may include:

- Repair of analytical chemistry equipment including but not limited to HPLC, GC, GCMS, LCMS, and LCMSMS systems. Previous experience with these systems is not required as training will be provided.
- Operation of analytical systems to ensure successful repair and readiness for delivery.
- Maintaining records consistent with a quality system to ensure proper repair and preparation of systems.
- Maintaining proper tracking records for inventory reconciliation.
- Receipt and preparation of system shipments to ensure damage free delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to directly communicate with existing and potential customers.

The ideal candidate must be flexible, with the ability to work independently, work on multiple projects at once and shift focus with changing priorities. A background in the Life Sciences or Environmental Testing is desirable. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow along with the company.
