A private Newton school (grades K-8) is looking for a piano teacher to join their Music Program for one or two afternoons per week to teach private lessons from 3:00 p.m. until approximately 5:00 or 5:30 p.m. In this position you will be teaching students in Grades K-3 who are either beginners or advanced beginners. Payment is $30 per half hour lesson. All lesson scheduling and payment collection is done by the Music Program. Applicants for this position must have a degree in music/music education and experience teaching private lessons to young children. Thursday availability preferred.
As we are not located near public transportation, you will need a car.
