Arc-En-Ciel Day Care and Montessori school si seeking 2 teachers for our Infant and Preschool classroom. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, caring, responsible, professional, and have the ability to establish good rapport with parents and staff.
We are a dynamic organization, whose primary goal is to provide excellent care to children in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. Teachers will work together to create a nurturing and exciting environment designed to enrich the children’s learning experience.
The Teacher’s responsibility is vital to the success of the classroom curriculum, and the care given to the children. Along with their fellow co-workers, the teacher will work toward effective integration of the program in their teaching. Teachers will work together to develop classroom lessons, which involve the integration of the curriculum to enhance the learning experience for the children. Teachers are involved in parent/child communication.
Teachers will participate in as many staff development sessions as possible to increase their skills, and experience for making the program integration in the classroom a reality.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related fields
EEC certification as a teacher
At least 1 year experience in a classroom setting
Must be loving, kind, reliable, energetic, and enjoy working with children
Strong verbal and written communication skills
