Sous chef/maid needed to help out at the amazing Estancia Ranquilco located in Northern Patagonia, (see www.ranquilco.com).

We need part time help for our summer season (Dec, Jan, Feb and into Mar) at the estancia. Duties will include helping Georgie, our hostess and chief cook, prepare, serve, and clean up the meals, plus some maid work straightening guest rooms. Ranquilco typically has but a few guests at any one time, so there is time available to enjoy the lovely benefits of being on a large land holding, deep in Nature in a place where magic is known to roam. Horse capable people get to do some riding on time off.

Be sure to make clear your ability to commit to a time period that suits both you and the estancia - minimum of two months, and preferably 4.

We offer payment of $1,000 (pesos), plus a share of the tip pool. "Part time" may be misleading, in that there will be days of extra hours.....but we will make sure that time off is available.
