Male Paraplegic Veteran seeking Personal Care Attendant
(please read carefully for our qualifications)
Handicapped Male in a wheelchair
needs help from a strong MALE who is large/has lots of strength
for help with transfer from chair to bed, or chair to shower, or bed to chair.
(we are not discriminating - but we need a strong male to lift this larger handicapped gentleman)
Also will need this person to help gentleman get dressed, shower, lift to toilet, help
with travelling from time to time.
You don't have to be a nurse or trained in home health aide care...but should
be comfortable with a handicapped person.
We can train you/teach you how to help with getting dressed, using a lift,
transfers, bed to shower, or bed to chair, etc.
We would really really hope for someone who is educated, and trustworthy,
honest, reliable, understanding, gentle, has patience.
Willing to pay $15 per hour (under the table) - possibly 20 if quality care.
Negotiable.
Looking for 4 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening,
but need not be available for both, unless you wanted to be.
Hopefully you are able to travel with this person, down the line,
bc he was hoping to fly to Florida to purchase a winter home -
so help with brief travel stays (plane/hotel etc)
Hoping for a DEC 1 start...
Thank you. Again, PLEASE READ VERY carefully, and please do not
waste our time, if you are not willing, or comfortable with this situation.
Only those very interested, please apply.
Thank you for your time.
