Emerging Opera Company seeking a Production Coordinator for Winter Production of "A Little Night Music"
Performances January 5th-14th

Job Description Below:
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for, though not limited to:



• Solving all outside of rehearsal production needs

• Assisting Technical Director in creating production build/design schedule

• Compiling cast and staff contact information

• Collecting staff receipts and filling out vouchers for reimbursements no later then one week after close of production

• Handing out stipend checks at last performance to those in attendance or asking Finance Chair to mail them out

• Handling all pre-rehearsal communications including, but not limited to, schedule, contract, contact information and BOC production information

• Serving as primary contact for Directors and Designers

• Maintaining constant communication with designers

• Communicating directly with ASA and Production Chairs

• Organizing and running artistic staff meetings

• Organizing and participating in strike

• Overseeing and adhering to the budget as set forth by Producer

• Organizing work day involving, but not limited to, location, time, supplies needed, people needed, etc

• Organizing outside cast help for, including but not limited to, set building, costume/prop making, etc

•Assisting Technical Director with transportation of needed rehearsal/performance materials including,

but not limited to, instruments rented or owned by BOC, set, costume, prop pieces rented, made,

or owned by BOC, stands, stand lights, etc.

• Procuring Designers according to the needs of the Stage Director for final approval by ASA and

Production Chairs

• handling all super title needs including, but not limited to, translation, entering into computer,

procuring projector and operator, and set up/break down logistics

• Maintaining professional standard of correspondence
