I have total of about $24000 invested in the car as is, with extended warranty and accessories. I am looking for $18500 before the end of december, or else I will have my parents keep the car for the 2 years until I am back. There are absolutely no problems with the car. Well im selling my 1989 Ford Mustang 5.0 LX Hatchback, reason for selling is because i wil be leaving soon to work in Alabama then Florida so il be gone for over a year and have no where to keep the car...i love this car and really dont wanna sell it at all...i just recently bought the car about 4-5months ago, and then purchased a 2in Fiberglass cowl induction hood thats still in primer, and a nitrous kit with the full throttle plate, and a pair of slicks for it...as u can tell i wasnt planning on selling it but work comes first and just found out when im leaving so need it gone ASAP sadly... the nitrous,slicks,and hood aren't installed yet...this car is one the cleanest 5.0 around...body wise the car is in great condition and main reason for buying it is because its such a good foundation to build on...car has absolutely no rot anywhere....only has a tiny tiny lil spot on rocker panel in front on passenger rear tire with surface rust just starting still solid metal, just surface rust and i put rust reformer on it to stop from further rusting...no rust or rot anywhere else on car including the infamous hatch....i bought the car from a local professional mustang builder, Nitrous Dave, He built the car for his son but wen he was done car was way to fast to give to his son so i bought it from him the next day...so u kno he built the car the right way for his son... the car has a brand new crate 5.0 block with new GT40 heads, Edelbrock Upper and Lower intake manifolds,E Cams, Hard Intake Pipe that goes into the fender,aluminum driveshaft,3;73 gears,new spec stage 2 clutch and disk, new short throw shifter and tranny, shifts perfect even wen shifting hard through all gears, newer suspension, aftermarket headers and off road pipe, engine bay and undercarriage of the car has all been sprayed with POR, Nicely painted Black engine bay...at the moment it has 16in ASA Rims,new headlights and turning signals, car has red interior but grey front and rear cloth seats make it look alot better lol, body only has 1 small penny size dent and maybe 1 or 2 small scratches, cars in great condition just the paint is kinda dull in my opinion, a nice buff job should bring it back to life but havent had time nor supplies to do it, power windows and locks, everything works even the ashtray light and interior light witch is rare, the body only had 56k original miles on it wen i purchased it, but the speed odometer was swapped for the 140MPH one so reads dif but the title said 56k wen purchased, only Flaw to this whole car is the previous owner had it outside and a branch fell and broke passenger window one night when there was a storm so Dave swapped the whole door since water got in the old door and once water is in only a matter of time till bottom of door rots out, so it currently has a dark green passenger door at the moment... but i was planning on getting the whole car painted since i was gonna paint the hood and door anyway...theres alot more parts that i cant think of at the time, way too much to list...motor has roughly 1000Miles on it now, i had a company work truck so only drove the stang on the weekends...
