The Member Advancement Director will engage members and prospective members as soon as they enter our facilities. Provide an active role in new membership sales, membership campaigns, membership functions, retention initiatives and service of existing members. As well, this position will oversee the Health and Wellness department and its staff to assure an experience of connectedness for all members. The ideal candidate will have been very successful at providing an exceptional experience to our customers. These key deliverables will positively impact customer service, membership growth and retention, and improved community health initiatives.
Candidates must have strong customer service and sales skills, strong organizational planning and problem solving skills, and possess enthusiasm, good judgment and a commitment to the mission of the YMCA. We seek an individual that models and teaches the YMCA values, with the ability to lead and facilitate change while modeling adaptability and an awareness of the impact of change
Salary: $36,000-$41,000 - Depending on qualifications.
