We are a fast-paced multi-lingual call center supporting international online dating and social networking websites. The bilingual call center representative is responsible for answer incoming calls and emails from members to assist with assist with account creation, billing issues, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Responsibilities include...
* answer phones and emails professionally
* respond to customer inquiries
* approve member profiles, ensuring they comply with site policies
* crop, edit and rate member photos based on site rating guidelines
* research required information using available resources
* handle and resolve customer complaints
* provide customers with product and service information
* identify and escalate priority issues
* use sales incentive program to encourage non-paying members to purchase memberships
* complete call reports
Experience requirements...
* must be proficient using the internet and
* knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* at least one year in a call center or customer service environment
* good keyboard skills
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* listening skills
* excellent problem solving skills
