You should have great communication skills, computer knowledge and a pleasant phone voice. You should be self-motivated, not require a lot of supervision, flexible and open to learning new skills, and eager to help the company be successful and grow.
Skills required:
1. Extensive computer/software experience (e.g. MS Office and other Windows based software, email). Knowledge of JPP a plus but willing to train. Peachtree experience helpful.
2. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers. Ability to work with a team approach.
3. Office organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
4. Time management skills and an ability to prioritize are a must.
