Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Answer incoming phone calls to make and manage orders
Make outgoing phone calls to follow up on orders
Answering and follow up on e-mails from vendors, customers, and other departments/companies
Manage database of invoice and other programs to ensure job completion
Communicate with customers, vendors, and other departments/companies
Manage various responsibilities entailed with more complicated customer service duties
Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Energetic, outgoing personality
Ability to proficiently handle heavy phone work
Excellent organizational skills
Self motivated
Desire for understanding of e-commerce and logistics of online retail
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Detail oriented with strong tracking and follow-up skills
