New Horizons Computer Learning Center is the largest independent IT training provider in the world and the leading provider of learning solutions for IT, PC Desktop Applications, Project Management and Business Skills training.
Currently we are expanding our organization and seeking a high-energy Front Desk Administrator/Concierge to join our team. This candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Hours are Monday -Friday 8am until 5pm.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Greet and direct visitors and/or students
- Answer phones/transfer calls
- Assist with testing center administration
- Class confirmation calls/emails to clients
- Assist in ordering and stocking of all business related items and shipping supplies
- Sort and deliver incoming faxes and mail
- Schedule and maintain cleanliness of conference rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of break rooms and prepare coffee throughout the day.
- Assist with filing and record keeping
- Work on special projects as needed
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient typing ability
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Outgoing personality
- Customer Service experience
