Growing company in Waltham looking for Customer Service / Order Administration Rep.

Ideal candidate must like working in a team enviroment, fast paced environment. Strong inter-personal skills - Will be communicating with multiple department managers in person.

- Communicating with Sales team, Purchasing, shipping, and billing departments
- Follow-up on sales orders, processing work orders
- Tracking current inventory to ensure orders are shipped
- Audit of client accounts
- follow-up on exceptions, errors
- Communicate with major customers via phone, email
- Excel, Word, Outlook experience

Recent grad to 4 years experience desired.
Associates Degree or Bachelors accepted

Salary $36,000 - $42,000 plus quarterly and year-end bonus - Excellent benefits, 401K
