Medical Inbound Call Cemter seeks Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, etc.) Customer Service Reps. T-Accessible from the green line. Temp to Perm after ninety days with benefits and T-pass allowance. Free parking after 2:00pm. First, second and part time shifts available. Part time is Monday - Friday from 7:00am-12:30pm. You must be available for training during the day. The schedule will include one weekend day of your choice after training.
You MUST:
Have excellent communication skills
Speak a second language in addition to English
Have previous customer service or phone experience
Type a minimum of 30 wpm
Enjoy being on the phone for long periods of time
