Job Summary:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Answers incoming calls from customers as they relate to help inquiries and other concerns about their service
- Performs outbound calling as necessary.
- Reviews process with customer as it relates to their inquiry.
- Completes all data entry and call notes accurately and timely in the SalesForce.com CRM system with each customer contact.
- Builds a rapport with potential customers.
- Analyzes, establishes and generates feedback from the calls.
- Participates in call monitoring and evaluation sessions with immediate supervisor.
- Maintains an excellent service level.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This position is a entry level, non-exempt position that works under moderate supervision.
- The workweek will be Monday - Friday, Full Time
Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to prioritize needs and function independently
Must be able to multi-task well and be able to adapt to change with our growing company
Possess a working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Capabilities.
One year of customer service experience preferred
Equivalent combination of experience and education in industry.
