implement a multicast message passing service on a server running CherryPy. Server app should interact with desktop clients via POST http calls. Clients send the message data as argument and get results back as the response "AJAX response" aka basically what gets written to the socket. The only way a client can receive messages is by sending its own messages, i.e. there is no server "push" aspect to worry about. Messages have associated time-out, so they don't accumulate on the server.

To address this problem my partner and I created a free web application http://peopletoucher.com, a pseudo-search engine that helps sales and recruiting pros to search linkedin.com more effectively.
The site has been up for about a year, earned several press mentions on popular blogs and makes a small income stream via Google Adsense. We have not done any CPC or paid ads to drive traffic.
We'd like to drive our traffic and ad revenues up and would like to bring someone on board in a contract/rev-share role who could help market the site.
Just to clarify, this is not an hourly gig, we are looking for someone to split ad revenues with after coming up with a marketing plan and taking action against it.
We are not averse to spending money for marketing, making changes to the site, creating additional functionality or content but we are not seeing additional returns for the effort we've put in, putting us in a spot where it makes sense to loop in someone else who might have the skills to help us grow.
