Engineering consultant to provide design services to develop energy saving device (We have the concept). You have an engineering
degree and background in microprocessor controls also a background in electro mechanical devices
to remotely open and close small metal baffles. MPU programming and experience with graphic display touch screens.
(We pay for all materials) You will create the drawings, Bills of Materials, document unit costs etc..
You would agree to sign over all patent and manufacturing rights.

In exchange, you can choose a royalty amount per unit, join the company and become the technology "big cheese" or Czar, or become
our on call consultant (Stock Options for the preceding choices) You may also render a bill for such services at pre-agreed contract amount.

We will require a Non Disc. agreement be signed then
a pdf or word resume and we will contact you for a sit down coffee and bagels on us.
