We are looking for a senior ASP.NET developer who is an expert in the following areas:
1. ASP.NET web development
2. SQL Server Administration
3. SQL Server development (Stored Procedures, Transact SQL, etc)
4. Flash
5. SSL
6. Experience in the home health care industry a plus
7. Silver Light (Optional)

We are implementing a robust web application using ASP.NET/SQL Server technologies.
This application is already partially developed and is approximately 25% complete.

Here are a few key technical requirements of the application:
1. The application will have a human resources module used to manage employee benefits
2. The application will require telephony integration by processing data via an interactive voice response system
3. The application will manage employee tracking and scheduling
4. The application must integrate with industry standard payroll and billing systems. i.e. ADP, Fidelity, Medicaid

We need someone who can hit the ground running by:
1. Assessing the existing application code and design
2. Continue the development to completion
3. Continue the research and development of the payroll and billing integration pieces of the application
4. Adhering to software development best practices and agile development methodologies

This is not a simple store front web site. This is a robust application that requires a senior ASP.NET web developer. Our projection is that we’ll need a full time (40 hours/week) developer for 6 – 8 months to complete this project.
