RAD is a basic physical defense system for women

The free course consists of 5 two and a half hour sessions:

When: Tuesday & Thursday evenings : December 1st thru the 15th
6:00pm till 8:30pm

Where: Harborside Community Center (Umana Middle School)
312 Border St. (building on the left, 2nd floor dance room)
East Boston, MA 02128

First class is partially administrative.

All the other classes are physically interactive.

Clothing should be typical gym clothing: loose fitting, sweat pants and/or jeans okay, sneakers, NO jewelry
