Large studio share available at Joy Street Studios-Great natural light (Somerville)

I am looking for one person to share a large studio space with me at Joy Street Studios. The studio is 45 ft long by 13.5 ft with tall ceilings. It has six huge windows, southern light, and a sink right outside the space. Joy Street is an active artist community that participates in open studios twice a year. You would be sharing the space with me, and another painter. Both of us work in water media and are looking for another non-toxic type artist to share with.
The space is available on June 1 (or perhaps sooner if needed) and will be around $350/ month depending on how much space you want.
