<li>	Conduct preliminary financial aid interviews with new students
<li>	Provide new students with loan counseling and accurate information regarding the application process and their eligibility for State/Federal financial assistance, alternative financing, contracts and/or institutional payment plans
<li>	Inform students of their financial obligation, the institution’s financial options, and financial policies and procedures as related to their educational expenses
<li>	Determine students’ Title IV eligibility through an approved needs analysis Financial Aid software system

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES <br>

Analyze and be familiar with tenants, leases and rent reports and ensure hotel is in compliance with hotel leases and management contracts. <br>

Has a fiduciary responsibility to company and management. <br>

Assumes the responsibilities of the Controller in his/her absence. <br>

About interstudy<br>
interstudy (www.interstudy.org) is a small, private education abroad organization founded in 1980. With offices in the UK and South Africa and its main office in Medford, Massachusetts, interstudy offers North American undergraduate short-term, semester and full-year education abroad programs in Botswana, Britain, Republic of Ireland and South Africa.<br>

Duties/Responsibilities:<br>
Assist the Director with the financial systems in five countries across three continents. Candidate should have solid communication, organizational and customer service skills. Technology expertise demands include proficiency with such application as Microsoft Excel, Quicken and accounting software MYOB. Must be self-starters, who are able to multi-task effectively.<br>
 <br>
1. Financial Administration. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers. Posting day-to-day transactions in multi-currency software. Manage staff expense reports. Reconcile all accounts at month-end including posting monthly journal entries; perform inter-bank and wire transfers domestically and internationally. Assist in preparing accounts for annual audit. Keep neat and accurate files of all accounting records. (60%)<br>

2. Financial Control. Managing domestic and international bank accounts. Maintain debtor control. Supervise purchase order system for all offices. Work with Executive Director in purchasing foreign currency contracts. (20%)<br>
