Match Lockbox receipts, ACH’s, Wire transactions and Credit Card Payments to cash reports and process accordingly.
Generate and maintain departmental reporting
Identify all “unprocessed” checks.
Cross examine bank batches & checks.
Apply cash according to each check remittance advice
Reconcile transactions to the general ledger
Maintain cash department records.
Interface with Accounts Receivable Representative on problem checks
Complete offsets from Accounts Receivable, Credit, Billing and Rebate departments. While maintaining integrity of the audit trail.
Maintain all processes and procedures within the Cash Department, i.e. bounced checks, incorrect payments, refunds.
Departmental reporting on FMC-RTG affiliates.
Assist with cash application functions relating to RTG-Product cash receipts.
Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School
College courses in accounting and/or computer studies is helpful.
1-2 years business experience preferably with cash receipts/application.
Bookkeeping experience.
Experience with on-line cash application systems and reports preferable.
SAP a plus
