Leading Healthcare organization in Boston is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work within their budget division. This individual will be well versed in project management and presenting financial data to the CFO & Director of Finance.
You will interface with all divisions of the hospital and consult on systems and procedures and analyze each division’s profitability. Evaluate employee overhead costs, productivity, and internal systems etc. Make determinations on how to move forward to be profitable. You will need strong understanding of budget modeling, forecasting, cash flow analysis and variance analysis. Candidate needs to be professional, charismatic, and assertive.
7 to 10 years Financial Analyst/Project Management experience and Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Bachelors in Finance or related field.
