Financial Services firm located in the Back Bay is seeking a talented and experienced Fund Administrator to assist them on a long - term project! The ideal candidate will participate in and assist with the fund administration services provided to the Global Associates sponsored funds. This position also requires that the candidate aid in the oversight of the Administrator and Custodian to the Funds, as well as other service providers and assist in the management of the Delegate Investment Manager relationships.
This position is primarily responsible for the preparation of Department deliverables with some review functions.
Major Responsibilities :
- Oversee the preparation / coordination / review of Financial Reporting and Fund Audits.

Review Fund Expense Analysis.

Preparation and / or review of Board of Directors Materials.

Review Daily Fund NAVs and Net Asset Reports.

Review NAV Impacts resulting from errors, omissions and adjustments.

Review Security Price Movements, Stale Prices and Fair Valuations.

Review Daily Share Class Hedging Calculations.
-
Oversee Fund Expense Allocation, Processing and Payment.

Review Fund Dividend calculations.
-
Review Fund Tax filings.
-
Coordinate Foreign Market registrations.
-
Formulate and cocument certain department procedures.

Participate in Due Diligence Reviews of Service Providers.

Other projects as assigned.
Experience / Skills Required :
- Minimum of 3 years Fund Administration or equivalent experience.

Experience in International Fund Administration preferred.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, and fund accounting / custody operations.

Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Access, performance reporting, Fund Accounting systems preferred.

Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business discipline.
