Our client in the Cambridge area is a $6 million (2 separate entities consolidated) non-profit organization, with a 3-5 year plan to increase revenue in the range of 40% to 50%. We have been engaged to find them a Controller, who will report directly to the President and supervise two direct reports.
Responsibilities: monthly close and related financial reporting, analysis, etc.; budgeting and forecasting; point person for annual audit; point person with external relations such as bank, etc.; special projects, assisting President prepare for board and other meetings, etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; minimum of 5 years experience in accounting & finance; minimum 2 recent years in a non-profit environment.
