Technical skills in public accounting, including audit, preparation of financial statements, disclosures, tax planning/tax returns, management letters and efficient work paper documentation are prerequisites. You must have knowledge of accounting systems, client engagement planning and management, and show a track record of focus on billable client hours and meeting deadlines. BS in Accountancy is required, CPA track.
