This chenille sofa/ottoman set is very good quality and in really nice condition. Paid $1500 for the set about 5 years ago. 76"w x 32"h x 34d. No tears, stains, etc.; cushions thick and comfortable. The sofabed part has been slept in maybe 4-5 times. It's too large for our study, so we've replaced it with something smaller. We do have small dogs--for those who might be allergic--but they are small and not the shedding kind (bichon and maltese), and the sofa has been professionally steam-cleaned annually. Very heavy, but our mover and his assistant moved it to our garage yesterday with no problem. Color in photo is accurate. Please email, if you're interested, for higher resolution photos.

I've had the sofa posted for about a week. It's too nice to sit in a garage (even the mover commented on how nice it is), so if there are no CL takers by tomorrow, we're going to donate it.

I have this hutch listed with the rest of a dining set but this piece is really the nicest piece. The back panel of the hutch is a greenish color. The panel is actually one full piece that is nailed onto the back of the hutch. If someone liked the hutch but didn't like the paint color it could be easily removed and painted. This table is brand new. Black on Black. The arm cushion is a faux leather but looks like genuine leather. The playing surface is black moleskin which I prefer to use over suited poker cloth because it is very soft to the touch and the cards slide very well. The table is 4' in diameter and the this listing does include the dining top which is usually an additional $300. This is a sweet table and will accomodate up to 8 people, 6 very comfortably.

I have 2 of the same desks available. They are both in good condition. The tops of them have been sanded and re-polyurethaned. The dimensions are as follows: 22 1/4" Deep, 50 1/4" Wide, and 30 1/2" High. These are very high quality desks. Nothing like you find today that are all particle board and flimsy. They are extremely well built with dovetail joinery on all the drawers. I will also sand and repolyurethane the entire desk for an additional $150
