This is a study of how different groups of people make decisions. Each participant will receive personalized feedback on their personality and decision-making style prepared by Harvard researchers. 4. Start teaching! A new SAT teacher will generally teach one or two nights per week, or about 4-10 hours. (Those who want more work, however, usually get it!). Classes are run in and around the Boston area, with particular attention paid to major suburbs and the North and South Shores.
Researchers at McLean Hospital are looking for volunteers to participate in a research study to understand how sedative-type drugs make people feel and how they affect brain chemistry. You can earn up to $350 for this 3-visit study. You may qualify for this study if you:

The Special Needs/Inclusion Support Staff Specialist will provide direct support in adapting and modifying programs to meet the needs of a specific identified child enrolled in Department of Human Service Programs (DHSP) /Out of School (OST) Programs. The Special Needs/Inclusion Support Staff Specialist will be supervised directly by the head supervisor in each program with support and guidance provided by the Inclusion Specialist for the Department of Human Services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help identified child transition into and out of DHSP/ OST programs
• In conjunction with other team members maintain a positive, inclusive environment for both the child specifically working with, the other children within the program and adults at all times.
• Share in classroom responsibilities as assigned by site supervisor (activity planning, set up and break down and classroom maintenance/classroom cleaning)

Partners Center for Connected Health at Massachusetts General Hospital is looking for adults to participate in a study to determine if using a new type of reminder system can help people take their blood pressure medication on a more regular basis.

· Precision Demographics, LLC is looking for people who work in biotechnology research labs to participate in an on-site interview regarding CO2 incubator usage.

Pool Management Responsibilities:
• Lifeguard the pool and always serve as a positive role model for instructors and lifeguards. Maintain all certifications required by local and national agencies in order to teach and guard at a semi private pool facility.
• Supervise and evaluate part-time aquatic staff, observing lifeguards to maintain a high level of instruction and safety.
• Schedule lifeguards and coordinate indoor pool schedule.

• Be visible on deck to both staff and members, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Teaching/Guarding Responsibilities:
• Direct service and act as a substitute for absent guards when needed.
• Teach swim classes as needed.
Budgeting:
• Assist in the preparation and monitor all aspects of the Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pool budget with the assistance of the Aquatics Director.
OD Responsibilities:
• H&PE indoor facility coverage of one (1) OD shift/week and one (1) holiday/year.
Other Functions:

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
Education and Experience: BS in Physical Education or related field and/or prior relevant experience. Aquatics supervisory and budgeting experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge: Must have management and supervisory skills. Computer skills (E-mail, Word and Excel) required. Ability to teach and train staff (WSIT, CPOT, LGTT). Ability to work with multiple departments to plan, schedule and coordinate programs. Excellent customer service and communications skills required. Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands Specific to this Position:
Must be able to lift small children in and out of water. Ability to perform all duties (physically) required to shock and dechlor the pool. Ability to handle and be around pool chemicals. Ability to work many hours in an indoor pool setting (temperature and atmosphere). Ability to perform many tasks in a busy environment.
