<p>We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative III that can join our team. This successful candidate will have Customer Service (CS) experience with the ability to answer a majority of the CS calls/enquiries, one on one(s) with team staff members, field questions from staff, develop/motivate their staff, work with Marketing on leads, ensure all Abcam staff is trained.</p>

<p><u><b>Job Purpose:</b></u>	The Customer Service Rep III position will be a part of line management in Customer Service to ensure a smooth day to day operation of the CS team.</p>

<p></p>
<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>
<li>Line Management responsibilities with up to 5 Customer Service Reps reporting to this position
<li>Ensures that the Training Guide and CS Manual are up to date
<li>Answers the majority of emailed CS enquiries along with CS calls
<li>Answers Technical Support (TS) calls
<li>Assigns schedules to CS and TS 
<li>First point of contact for staff (CS related questions from staff)
<li>Ability to report and analyze Call Center statistics daily 
<li>Possibly become a future Committee Member (staff forum, Public Website, Health & Safety)
<li>Assume extra responsibility when CS Manager is out 
<p></p>
<b><u>Reporting responsibilities</b></u>
<li>Monitor calls to ensure quality and accuracy and to determine training needs.
<li>Accept “Supervisor Calls” on customer service issues.
<li>Meet weekly with Customer Service Manager to discuss issues and make recommendations for process improvements
<p></p>

<b><u>Summary of Job Requirements:</b></u>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in CS coupled with exceeding expectations during your performance appraisals
<li>MS Excel experience is a must
<li>Bi-lingual experience with Spanish to assist some of our Central & South American customers is a plus
<li>Must have prior supervisory experience in a call center environment.
<li>Must have excellent communications skills both with staff and customers.
<li>Must have superior problem solving skills.
<li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

-Informs the Manager of Customer Service of all issues, progress and results.<br>
-Develop and maintain a strong client relationship through open and constant communication.<br>
-Maintain accurate records referencing any phone calls or client issues logged through the Control Log report and how resolution was achieved.<br>
-Effectively communicate customer service issues and concerns to applicable internal staff members.<br>
-Handle and respect confidential data in compliance with HIPAA policy.<br>

•	Coordinate all documentation, shipping receipts, bill of lading, etc. for local and national donations and USDA commodities program.   <br>
•	Coordinate and execute logistics of Feeding America donations. Work with the Connecticut/Boston Partnership to assist with acquisition and distribution of food.<br>
•	Issue purchase orders and create new item numbers and descriptions in Macola. (Shared responsibility with Donations Managers).<br>
•	Coordinate with outside Product Donations Managers to maintain donor accounts and make donor visits as needed to inspect potential donations and/or provide customer service support.<br>
•	Assist in purchasing for Mass Grown Contract.  <br>
•	Assist Food Acquisition Director in design and coordination of acquisition channels; and working with Member Services, Programs, Nutrition and Warehouse departments provide support when needed in identifying distribution channels. <br>
•	Work with Nutrition department and Food Acquisition team to ensure quality standards for all incoming product.<br>
•	Communicate with Warehouse to ensure product donations are received correctly and in a timely fashion, including identifying products needing special attention.<br>
•	Inspect incoming product as needed.<br>
•	Coordinate and execute the logistics associated with food drive events as assigned.<br>
*                   Represent Food Bank at Food Industry events including Food Shows as needed. <br>
•	Work with all departments to provide excellent internal and external customer service, including donors and agencies. <br>
•	Attend food safety classes and receive ServeSafe certification every five years.<br>
•	Assist in other Food Bank activities as assigned by Management.<br>

The Institute for Aging Research in Boston, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, is one of the most prestigious aging research facilities in the country. HSL’s NewBridge on the Charles, our premier multigenerational continuing care retirement community in Dedham, consists of 256 independent living units, 50 assisted living units, 41 memory support assisted living units, and a 268-bed Health Care Center, which offers long-term and sub-acute care. Hebrew SeniorLife also offers services to the community, including Adult Day Health programs and outpatient clinics in audiology, exercise, memory disorders, osteoporosis screening, and rehabilitation.

Hebrew SeniorLife (HSL) Information Technology Department is currently seeking a Telecommunication Analyst to perform a wide variety of installation, maintenance, and wiring and system diagnostic activities for telephone and data systems in order to provide telecommunication services throughout HSL.<br><br>
<b>Primary Responsibilities</b>: <br>
-Installing, moving and changing telecommunication lines and extensions using computerized communications systems software and hardware within established time lines. 
<br>
-Administration of NEAX 2400 IPS and Centagram Voice Mail Systems and associated peripherals. 
<br>
-Analysis of carriers, service providers, telephones, cell phones and telephone applications. 
<br>
-Maintain all telecommunications inventory items and supplies. <br>
-Ensure that trunks and switches, through periodic testing, are in good operating condition so as to prevent systems failures and to troubleshoot potential problems. 
<br>
-Perform physical wiring of voice and data links. <br>
-Demonstrate a detailed knowledge wiring techniques including electrical interface connections for the different voice and data network. 
<br>
-Attend in-service and other meetings as required. Perform other related duties as required or directed. 
<br>
-Administration of Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voice Mail.
