We are currently seeking customer service representatives to make outbound calls to its shareholders. These jobs are evening, part-time hours and include two weeks of paid training. The part time hours offered is a great way to make some extra spending money as we get closer to the Holiday season! <br>

As a Customer service rep, you will be provided with two weeks of paid, interactive training. From that training, you will learn how to conduct phone calls to Computershare's customers where you'll use a prepared script to solicit their participation in a mutual fund proxy vote. As you solicit the vote you will actually provide the customer guidance throughout the voting process and answer any questions or concerns they may have. The training will teach you about mutual funds, trusts and IRA accounts as well as the code of conduct when dealing with customers. <br>

The available evening shift is:<br>

Monday through Thursday evening from either 5:30 or 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. and also Saturday from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m. - $14/hour <br>

Monday-Friday from 11a.m.-5p.m. - $13/hr<br>

<p>Responsibilities:<br>
Drivers will be needed between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday.<br>
Operates a passenger van safely and efficiently.  Maintains the safety and comfort of guests as a primary focus.<br>
Assists passengers in boarding and exiting vehicle. Loads and unloads luggage, packages and other items as appropriate.<br>
Transmits and receives over two way radio system as appropriate.  Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch of potential problems.  Reports accidents or other safety situations to the Hope Lodge Assistant Manager.<br>
Inspects exterior and interior of vehicle at beginning of each shift for properly operating headlights, turn signals, brake lights, interior courtesy lamps, air conditioning or heating, warning lamps, mirror adjustment, properly inflated tires, windshield wipers, vehicle damage, etc. prior to moving vehicle.<br>
Responsible for ensuring inside and outside of vehicle are properly cleaned and fueled on an ongoing basis.  Keeps interior of vehicle neat and orderly.  Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on a Vehicle Report form.<br>
Learns and remembers locations of various destination points serviced by the fleet including lodging, entertainment and attraction sites. Treats all guests, customers, and other persons in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.<br>
Maintains the safety and comfort of guests as a primary focus.  Provides assistance/support to guests, their families, and care givers, and ensures that a warm, safe, supportive environment is maintained and the needs of guests are met.<br>
Also may be required to perform other related duties as requested.</p>

<p>All drivers must be 21 years of age and older, must have a valid Massachusetts drivers license, must have no driving-related accidents for the past 5 years,  and must maintain the minimum required auto liability limits as mandated by Massachusetts.<br>
Two to four years of experience driving experience required.<br>
Ability to remain composed under stress and to handle self in a professional manner at all times.<br>

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: <br>
• Prior experience in consumer calling and/or sales. <br>

Position Overview: <br>
The Service Professional (Customer Service Representative) is a part of our Service Delivery team that provides excellent service to our high-end clientele via phone since our customers are located worldwide. If you are an exceptionally customer focused individual who would enjoy handling all of the items on our members’ personal to do list via phone - from dining reservations in Paris to finding those tickets to the absolutely sold-out show in New York city - then this job is for you! <br>

This is a part-time position, that requires you to be flexible to work anywhere between 24 and 28 hours per week. You will be regularly scheduled for 24 -28 hours a week, but may have the opportunity to work additional hours intermittently throughout the year during our high volume periods.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
•	Responsible for all initial interaction with members (customers) via phone, identifying and fulfilling requests, and passing along more research intensive requests to coworkers when required<br>
•	“Delighting" members through handling incoming phone calls requesting personal services such as dining reservations and suggestions, flower orders, and gift baskets for special occasions, ticket inquiries, locating hard to find items, arrangements for Bed and Breakfasts and other unique lodging, and product comparisons <br>
•	Promote meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty through engaging and informed conversations with members (customers) <br>
•	Identify and provide relevant knowledge and insight to members regarding the services that we can offer <br>
•	Accurately and completely capture information regarding member (customer) requests, and update into systems appropriately <br>
•	Consistently provide high-level customer service in a fast paced, structured environment <br>
•	Work towards pre-defined individual performance objectives based on customer satisfaction, productivity and overall positive / proactive behavior <br>
•	Share feedback about member (customer) request trends and overall suggestions for improvement to ensure a continual focus on always offering the highest quality of service <br>

Education/ Certification Required: High school Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or College equivalent preferred. <br>

Experience Required: <br>
•	Customer Service skills a must <br>
•	Strong communication skills, both written and verbal<br>
•	Superior organizational skills, as well as a proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment <br>
•	Phone or Contact Centre experience a plus <br>
•	Proficiency using computers<br>
•	Prior experience in the Hospitality, Travel, Entertainment industry considered to be an asset<br>
