what I'll buy:
U.S. and foreign coins, but on foreign coins,
the older the better. Silver & gold foreign coins are always good of course,
but most of the common base-metal late 19th and 20th century stuff
is of very little value, said as a respectful heads up.
The common stuff is bought and sold by weight; literally by the pound.
Just about ALL obsolete U.S. coins are of interest to me.
Wheaties, by the roll of coffee can full. Obsolete nickels.
If you have any U.S. dimes, quarters or half dollars, dated 1964 or earlier
(older), I will buy those as well because they have silver in them.
I will pay VERY fairly for large lots of silver coins:
(silver spot price per ounce fluctuates all the time as you know,
but I try to make my offers very competitive.)

A lot of us did that when we were kids, do you still have yours?
Silver Dollars dated from 1878 to 1935 are more common than
you might think, with some notable date & mint mark exceptions,
because many were used in slot machines in Vegas and
Atlantic City right up until 1964 when we were taken off
the gold and silver standard. Many of these coins survive to the present.
Over the years, old banks and mints have found bags of them sitting around too.
A lot of our parents and grandparents saved some somewhere.
I will also buy silver rounds and bars by weight,
as well as Franklin Mint sterling stuff, things like that.

Here is a beautiful and framed 1850 Cowperthwait map of Indiana for your consideration.
The map was originally published in 1850 by Thomas Cowperthwait in the "Atlas of the United States" and shows Indiana 30 years after its capital Indianapolis was officially "penciled in" at the exact geographic center of the state. As it can also be read from the label it has been archivally framed with acid free materials.
The frame is very nice with a nice edge and the whole framed map is in great condition with almost no signs of wear save for the softest and slightest marks on the top left side and the top left edge. Near mint. The backing is also pristine with 1 tiny hole on the craft paper and with a wire, ready to hang.
The frame is about 18" X 20 1/2" and the map itself is about 11 1/2" X 13 3/4".
The map is free of stains or foxing with nice colors and no fading. It reads on the lower left corner Entered according to the Act of Congress, in the year 1850, by Thomas Cowperthwait & Co., in the clerk's office of the District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania."
