Our client is looking for an experienced help desk candidate to help out with clients, internal issues as well as remote users. Experience and a Microsoft Certification is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical / desktop support to 70 PC users in multiple locations
Help desk, troubleshooting, remote support for Windows XP and Windows Vista machines
Assist the IT Manager in all IT operations
Manage user and mail accounts in Active Directory/Exchange 2007
Actively participate in the design and development of new processes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
One to two years of technical and desktop IT support experience
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification minimum
Basic Active Directory experience
Exposure to Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Exchange 2007
Strong customer support skills - the basis for this position
Strong communication skills - must provide honest, direct feedback
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately, cope well with change, and maintain composure under pressure
Be accountable for results, approach obstacles proactively, and look for ways to resolve problems and issues
