Technical (Hardware/ Software) Call Center Support Rep
Answers inbound calls from end-users with various hardware & software issues- gather the necessary info from customer to determine best course of action and resolve issue.
Responsibilities will also include coordinating applicable parts and Field Engineers for service events and ordering parts. Requires previous call center experience as well as hardware and software training/ education. Preference given to those with specific industry experience (ie: EMC, SUN Microsystems, HP, IBM).
Salary: $30K - $40K
