I am subletting my wonderful room during the summer!
The room is very big, fully furnished. Because I am moving to Spain for good I am selling all my furniture for $350 (including the kitchen fittings)
The apt is very big as well, there are 3 other rooms, 2 floors and 2 bathrooms. The other roommates are 3 and very nice: one is 23 and comes from California, the other is 23 and comes from Canada, and the 3rd is 25 and comes from India.
The rent is 700 + utilities - around 25 $ per month, internet included. One month of security deposit needed. The apartment is very well communicated, there are 2 buses in front of my door, one to Harvard Square and the other one to Kenmore (66, 57). There is a T station as well (T stop-Harvard Ave). Close ennough to BU (I used to go walking sometimes). Shaws is close, and there are several grocerie stores as well
