This is a great home gym set. Its not the newest stuff but it has everything you need to get a great workout in. I used it to complete P90X with no problems. It comes with a bunch of weights (listed below) 4 metal dumbbell bars, 2 plastic dumbbell bars, 2 different kinds of curl bars, a bench (and bench press bar) with leg extension add-on, a dumbbell rack (solid steel!) and a weight stand (steel and aluminum). It also comes with 2 sets of solid dumbbells, which are 20s and 25s. As you can see that's a TON of weight and more than enough for anyone to use. The great part is with 4 metal dumbell bars you can have 2 weights ready to go. both have quick release clamps. Everything you see in the pics below.

More fun than a snowboard - there are millions of those, but VERY few of these !!
It's built by an expert skiing instructor - it's a BMX frame with spring loaded front forks + rear end is also a set of "FRONT" forks (spring loaded also). Skis permanently attached, also have bungee cords to keep the angle of attack at the right range. No foot pegs...typically the skiier uses short foot-mounted skis as well, or just 'free wheels' with snow boots.

I have a pair of 174 cm K2 Super Stinx that are in great shape. They are ideal skis for hard groomed and or icy New England conditions. They would be ideal for someone 155 to 180#. For a more aggressive lighter skier or a heavier beginner they would probably work as well. I have had them for three seasons but have used them sparingly. They probably have no more than 15 full days of use on them over the last three seasons. I had a series of injuries and then recovery from surgery from those injuries that kept me off of them.

Mounting bindings on these ski's is super easy as they have built in metal inserts that fit all of the standard tele bindings ( G3, Black Diamond, etc.). The M5 stainless steel screws that fit into the inserts are included.

A nice black tread mill by DP fit for life: Transport LP 6400 model, 1.5 HP, 8 MPH, auto gas incline exercise machine for people and dogs. I hear they like them too! Uses household 110 current with adjustable speed knob. Dimensions are 63" x 23" x 51" tall and has programs for resistance. Machine and electronics work fine, not sure about incline never used, has wheels to roll it around on and the belt flows smoothly for walking or running. Has personal performance dashboard that is programmable and foam covered guard rails. Only $60. Will fit in the trunk of most cars with a rope and bungie cords to hold it and trunk lid. Not as heavy as the new ones! One person can handle it.

Nice exercise machine, great for rehabilitation, strength training and getting in heart healthy shape. Great lower body calorie burning workout.

It's YOUR responsibility to make sure life jackets fit your children properly (the weights are listed inside the jackets) and that you buckle and adjust all the straps properly. Have these inspected before you use them and then every year. Contact the U.S.C.G. for more information about PFD use and care. Teach your children to properly wear a PFD. Children panic when they fall into the water suddenly. This causes them to move their arms and legs violently, making it hard to float safely in a PFD. A PFD will keep a child afloat, but may not keep a struggling child face-up. That's why it's so important to teach children how to put on a PFD and to help them get used to wearing one in the water. To work right, a PFD must fit snugly on a child. To check for a good fit, pick the child up by the shoulders of the PFD. If the PFD fits right, the child's chin and ears will not slip through. PFDs are not babysitters. Even though a child wears a PFD when on or near the water, an adult should always be there, too. Parents should remember that inflatable toys and rafts should not be used in place of PFDs. Since infants and children come in many sizes and shapes, the U.S. Coast Guard and personal flotation device (PFD) manufacturers urge that PFDs be tested immediately after purchase. You should test your PFD in a swimming pool. Test it with the infant or child who will be wearing the PFD. Just because it works for one infant or child does not mean it will work for another in the same manner. Check for proper weight range, comfortable fit, and especially a stable face-up position in water. Infants and children are difficult to float in a face-up position because of the distribution of body weight and the tendency for them to struggle or attempt to climb out of the water. Some infants and children float best in one style of vest, while others will float better in another. If one does not work well, try another style. Remember: Never leave an infant or child unattended on a dock, on a boat or in-the-water, even if they have a PFD on.

Gently used. I paid $299 for these brand new and skied in them for two seasons.

They have adjustable canting (+/- 1), flex (80-70) and rear spoilers (high/low). The heel and toe plates are in good shape as are the liners which were always removed and aired out after every ski trip. They have a few minor scuffs from regular use but otherwise these boots are in very, very good condition.

I have a pair of MINT Vans Mantra boots that were used about 3 times. They aren't even broken in yet. $40

I also have a pair of gold and white Anon Figment goggles. They are used but still in pretty decent condition and there are no major scratches on the plastics. $45
