Get In Shape For Women is seeking highly motivated, goal oriented, fit individuals, to join our team in Sharon, Ma. All employees will have the opportunity to own their own studio after 12 months of employment. Some financing will be available.
Get In Shape For Women is a unique small group personal training model for women.
Our program is a progressive 60 minute work out the produces amazing results. One Trainer works with up to 4 women at a time. We combine strength training machines, functional training, free weights, the best cardio equipment, and supportive nutrition as well, for a complete balanced fitness program. We monitor weight and body fat regularly. The manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the studio and the membership sales. Training will be provided by Get in Shape for Women.
This fitness program has been developed over 17 years experience in the fitness industry. Our President has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology, and has owned and operated personal training studios for over 13 years. From 2001-2005 he was the Master Franchise developer in Massachusetts for Fitness Together. He sold 60 franchises and was number one in the country 5 years running. He has owned and operated as many as 5 studios at one time. By the end of 2009, there will be 30 studios open in the northeast.
