We are interested in adding to our CollegeWeekLive marketing team. While this is a temporary telemarketing position, the company is growing quickly and employees who are successful will be considered for future full-time openings.<br>
RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
Reporting to the VP of Marketing within a corporate environment, implement an ambitious plan to educate guidance counselors about CollegeWeekLive  and achieve or exceed goals. <br>
Responsibilities include:<br>
•	Make outbound calls to educate high school guidance counselors about CollegeWeekLive. <br>
•	Follow-up on phone contact made with email.<br>
•	Follow-up on phone contact made with a mailing of materials.<br>
•	Continue follow-up phone calls to a contact until reached.<br>
•	Maintain an accurate record of work in a customer database with updates, corrections and notes.<br>
Must be able to communicate well, speak clearly and maintain a record of work in either Salesforce or Microsoft Excel. Candidate must possess the ability to feel confident in talking via telephone to high school administrators. A successful candidate will be able to relate to guidance counselors’ likes, lifestyles, and sensibilities. Experience working with web products in a professional capacity is preferred; general tech-savvy is required. Ideal candidate has direct experience as a high school or college admissions counselor or current or past telemarketing, customer outreach, customer service, or business development experience.  Training is provided. <br>
QUALIFICATIONS<br>
•	Strong verbal and written communication skills<br>
•	Strong ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks and communicate information in a timely fashion <br>
•	Fluency with Microsoft Word and Excel<br>
•	Experience with Salesforce or other CRM database application strongly preferred<br>
•	Familiar with or ability to successfully manage a contact database and schedule follow-up calls<br>
•	Ability to work effectively and in a positive way with individuals within and across teams<br>
•	Open to feedback and on-going self development<br>
•	Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience<br>

<description><![CDATA[First Parish in Concord, one of America's largest Unitarian Universalist congregations, is looking for a rare individual who can combine strong organization skills with an enthusiasm for religious education, in the part-time position of Religious Education (RE) Administrator.  The RE Administrator is responsible for the support of the First Parish Religious Education program for 300+ children and youth.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:<br>
- Provide operations support for the Director of Religious Education, the Young Child Coordinator, and Youth Director<br>
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for our RE children and volunteers on Sunday mornings<br>
- Inform and support our RE Council in their efforts toward improving the RE Program.  <br>

•	Receives, places and routes high volume of calls.<br>
•	Schedules appointments.<br>
•	Inputs information into company database.<br>
•	Orders required forms.<br>
•	Sorts and distributes incoming mail.<br>
•	Prioritizes, evaluates and batches paperwork and bills for data entry.<br>
•	Assists with special projects, as needed.<br>
•	Manages all bulk mailings.<br>

The ideal candidate for this position must have strong communication and organizational skills, high level of customer service, great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally and concisely over by telephone and email.  Computer skills required.<br>
