APT Management, Inc. a Woburn, MA based Real Estate Management Company has an opening for a Full-time Property Manager for properties located in Marlborough, MA. Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-entity environment and have knowledge of Residential Property Management, Operations and HUD compliance.
Candidate will have a minimum of three years of Section 8 project based experience. Certified Occupancy Specialist accreditation required. Microsoft Word/Excel required.
