Our client is a regional consulting firm located in Lexington, MA. The provide both administrative and financial management to their clientele.

Once hired, the Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for general office support and customer service on multiple levels. This position will report directly to the President.

Administrative duties will include: answering phones, handling general inquiries from clients, handle all incoming and outgoing mail, filing, scanning and copying documents, faxing, ordering office supplies, handling vendor relationships, conference room scheduling.

Other responsibilities will include: creating and editing client correspondence, coordinating logistics for client meetings, tracking client invoices and posting payments, an preparing bank deposits.

Required software skills:
Internet Explorer for research
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Accounting software preferred but not required

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
