Our client is seeking a highly intelligent Office Manager to support their busy office. They are looking for someone with at least 5-8 years of experience supporting a thriving, demanding office in an administrative capacity. The ideal candidate must have high energy, be able to think on their feet, and be innovative.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the general maintenance of the office, which include answering phones, managing vendor relationships, and ordering office supplies.
• Provide all calendar and travel to the partners and staff.
• Handle all office manager duties including ordering office supplies, all payments, and marketing as needed.
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• College Degree preferred
• Positive Attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor must have the ability to confidently interact with all levels of authority and staff.
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal.
• Be willing to work Overtime if needed.
