The DS Behavioral Supervisor will provide on-site residential oversight of behavioral supports plans and data collection, train staff in the implementation of behavioral supports, and participate in clinical team meetings as indicated.<br>

9.	Responsible for supervision of all staff at program to which he/she is assigned.  Conduct staff meetings and ensure staff is up-to date on all trainings.<br>
10.	Ensure that client’s rehabilitative treatment and clinical record meet Rehab Option standards.<br>
11.	Participate in the on-call rotation through 24 hour availability for consulation and emergency crisis intervention.<br>

Qualification/Education/Experience:<br>
1.	Master’s degree in social services or related field; or BA in related field plus 3 years related experience. <br>
2.	Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.<br>
3.	Must have sensitivity to the needs of the population.<br>
4.	Basic computer knowledge.<br>
5.	Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.<br>
6.	Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. <br>
7.	Ability to read English and communicate effectively in the primary language of the program to which he/she is assigned.<br>
8.	Must hold a valid drivers’ license.  Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.<br>

2.	Participate in the development of the Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and attend other treatment meetings, including weekly staff meetings.<br>
3.	Document monthly progress notes.<br>
4.	Perform interventions with clients that address their identified goals and result in skill development.<br>
5.	Provide linkage with other program staff and other service providers.<br>
6.	Communicate program participant’s progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.<br>
7.	Provide ongoing support, guidance, role modeling and supervision to clients.<br>
8.	Identify and address community integration issues for clients on caseload with supervisor’s direction.<br>
9.	Monitor and document medication administration.<br>
10.	Ensure a clean, safe and home-like environment for clients.<br>
11.	Remain alert at all times throughout scheduled work shift.<br>
12.	Participate in core training and maintain certification of required trainings (CPR/First Aid, SOLVE, MAP).<br>

Qualification/Education/Experience:<br>
1.	BA/BS in related field; or HS diploma/GED and 1 year related experience.<br>

4.	Participate in housing inspections by housing authorities, the Department of Mental Health (DMH), HUD, the Quality Management team or other entities as requested. <br>
5.	Coordinate with the DMH housing coordinator on informational projects as they arise. <br>
6.	Maintain in-house records of all leases in which Advocates acts as a guarantor, leaser, or co-leaser. <br>
7.	Work with program participants that address their identified goals and result in skill development in the area of housing search.<br>
8.	Provide support and supervision to clients as it pertains to housing issues. <br>

Be a School Coordinator for Power Lunch!<br>
The School Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the Everybody Wins Power Lunch program.  Power Lunch brings volunteers from local businesses and organizations together with elementary school children for weekly one-to-one visits, to share read-aloud books and conversation during lunch.  The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that reading mentors, students, and school staff are happy with Power Lunch.  Specifically, s/he will: <br>
<br>
•	Greet Reading Mentors each week and offer assistance when needed<br>
<br>
•	Monitor reading sessions to ensure good student behavior and smooth operation of program <br>
<br>
•	Notify students and teachers of volunteer cancellations or schedule changes<br>
<br>
•	Call Reading Mentors if their student partners are absent<br>
<br>
•	Ensure that rooms are left clean and orderly at the end of each session<br>
<br>
Qualifications<br>
		1.  Communicates well in person & on the telephone & via email<br>
		2.  Experience working with groups of children<br>
		3.  Organized<br>
                                           4.  Enthusiastic about children’s books and the Power Lunch program<br>
Hours<br>
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM <br>
Occasional School Coordinator meetings held on Mondays, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (5 per year)<br>

The number of hours will vary, averaging about 30 hours per week.  The individual would work independently out of home office but weekly reports are required. <br>

Duties:<br>
This position is under the direction of the Executive Director and centers on membership development and event coordination. Tasks include: <br>
• Research for potential members and sponsors.<br>
• Solicit memberships and sponsorship through direct phone calling and email campaigns.<br>
• Coordinate multiple tours across the state <br>
• Distributing new member packages and thank you letters to new members <br>
• Assist in securing exhibitors and sponsors for various events and conferences<br>
• Provide assistance for conferences (marketing, general set-up, location details, handout/Manual development) under the director of Executive Director and/or other Board Members, <br>
• Act as project lead for the College and University Recycling Council (set up meetings and agendas) <br>
• Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.<br>

Requirements<br>
• Applicant must have strong organizational skills, be detailed oriented and self-motivated<br>
• Have the ability to multi-task while several projects are ongoing at same time<br>
• Have a home office with phone, fax, computer, internet, email and photocopy available. <br>
• Needs a reliable car to travel within state<br>
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>
• Experience with phone outreach and/or surveying is a plus<br>
• Experience with effective grassroots fundraising is a plus<br>
• Experience email marketing systems (i.e. Vertical Response) and online donation collection systems (i.e. Click and Pledge) is a plus.<br>
• Interest in the environment is a must<br>

Compensation<br>
This position has a pay range of $14-$16 per hour for roughly 30 hours per week. Benefits include 1 week of vacation.  Reimbursement given for some office supplies and mileage. <br>

Prior experience with special needs students and behavioral analysis and well demonstrated skills in a supervisory/administrative role are required. A college degree is preferable, but extensive experience matching the aforementioned skills would be considered. The Assistant Residential Manager works closely with the Residential Manager and specialists to help ensure that students have success in learning communication, social and daily living skills. We are looking for a Clinical Director for Team I of our Community Based Flexible Support (CBFS) service, which offers high quality, person-centered rehabilitation services to individual diagnosed with mental illnesses. Persons served may also have co-occurring diagnoses of PTSD or substance abuse. The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical and rehabilitative operations of a team of outreach and residential staff. S/he will oversee the start-up of a new residential program for persons being discharged from a state psychiatric hospital.  S/he will perform all intakes and assessments of persons referred for service.  The Clinical Director will train and supervise the staff in developing Individual Action Plans with consumers and in documenting consumer progress. S/he will ensure services are recovery-oriented and inclusive of families and significant others. S/he will also ensure adherence to Edinburg Center/CBFS Services policies and procedures and compliance with all state and local licensing/certification requirements and regulations.  <br>

Qualifications: Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts and 2 years post Master’s work experience required. Training and experience in Behavior Analysis and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strongly preferred.  Supervisory experience required.  Experience working with adults with mental illness required. Valid driver’s license required. <br>

The Fellow will work closely with the science and advocacy staff of CRWA on a variety of ongoing projects and programs including CRWA’s water quality monitoring programs, the Blue Cities Initiative, and educational and outreach efforts.  Tasks may include field work, data management and analysis, production of maps and graphic presentation materials, research, writing and editing reports, working with volunteers, supervising interns, making public presentations, and updating and maintaining CRWA’s website.<br>

The Fellowship is a one-year, full-time position, and provides a stipend of $30,000 plus benefits to cover living expenses for the work period.  The Fellowship provides a short-term work experience in a dynamic non-profit organization and is intended for a well trained individual entering the field of watershed science and management. Computer modeling or statistical analysis experience is a plus. The Journey to Safety Program is approaching its 10th anniversary. Position Description:  Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President serves as Chief Executive Officer of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce.  Responsible for overall operation of the Chamber including, but not limited to, planning, policy development, Human Resource Administration, financial management, market development and member/public relations.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>

Primary Focus:  Develop programs to market, grow and retain the Chamber and its’ membership.<br>
<br>
1.	PLANNING:  In conjunction with the Board of Directors, responsible for planning and organizing the activities of the Chamber so as to advance the economic, cultural and civic welfare of the region.  Advises the Board on the development of the strategic plan with the assistance of the staff and volunteer leaders.<br>
<br>
2.	POLICY:  In consultation with the Board of Directors, plans long range policies for achievement of important community goals.  Reviews proposals or projects originating in committee or elsewhere and recommends appropriate action.  Upon approval of the Board, works with staff and/or committees for implementation of policies or projects.<br>
<br>
3.	HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION:  Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, supervision, performance management, development  salary recommendations and dismissal of all paid staff.  Also responsible for supervision of committees and coordination of volunteers.<br>
<br>
4.	FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:  Responsible for preparation of annual budget in conjunction with the Finance Committee and the Board of Directors.  Approves all expenditures included in approved budget.  Adjust staff salaries as approved by the Executive Committee.  Oversees preparation of monthly financial reports.  Supervises maintenance and increase in membership investments to support strategic plan.<br>
<br>
5.	MEMBER/PUBLIC RELATIONS:  Responsible for all communications to the members and the general public.  Represents the Chamber at various meetings and functions.  Maintains close liaison with all groups in the area.  Makes or causes to be made public addresses or appearances before governmental hearings and other functions.<br>
<br>
Requirements:  <br>
Bachelor degree required, Advanced degree preferred. Three years of Chamber or equivalent experience required.  Management experience required.  Position requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively with people at all levels in a complex environment.  Experience working in a multi-cultural population preferred.<br>
<br>

JOB SUMMARY:<br>
<br>
Assist homeless clients with their housing search and placement into permanent housing. Identify barriers to housing.  Work closely with two Special Needs programs. Assist with housing data for various grants.<br>
<br>
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>
<br>
Assists homeless veterans in finding transitional or permanent housing which meets their goals via individual and group meetings.<br>
Works closely with Case Managers and Clinicians to assess client’s housing needs.  <br>
Identifies individual barriers to Housing, e.g.: credit, legal, rental history- and works with Veterans to mitigate and/or repair. <br>
Assists Veterans, as needed, with their transitions to housing through site visits, accompanying Veterans to furniture banks, and moving assistance. <br>
Coordinates housing efforts with VA Staff (Bridges, Senior Services, VASH, Center plus Care), and other agencies (HomeStart, Boston Housing Authority, Hearth)<br>
Identify housing vacancies for client referrals.<br>
Provides post-placement support and follow-up for Bridges and Senior Services clients who have been placed in housing.<br>
Reports housing statistical data for various grants<br>
Oversees Rental Assistance Program<br>
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor<br>

EDUCATION AND OTHER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<br>
Bachelor’s or  associate’s degree <br>
Experience in housing advocacy with homeless population required. Experience with Boston housing market preferred<br>
