Advocates has an open Program Manager position in one of our DD programs, this is a full time position with benefits. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of the assigned program. Provide leadership, supervision, guidance, and clinical support. He/she is responsible for communication of all policies and procedures, and on-call availability. The Program Manager actively promotes community inclusion, self-advocacy, and individual rights.

Essential Functions:
1. Manage administrative processes and requirements in consultation with the Administrative Director
2. Conduct staff meetings.
3. Develop and monitor scheduling of staff across the program to ensure economy and program coverage
4. Interpret and monitor program budgets.
5. Supervise and evaluate assigned staff.
6. Assure high quality of supports within programs.
7. Assist individuals with obtaining all services and entitlements for which they qualify, to include, housing, inspections, insurance benefits.
8. Maintain good communication and relationships with outside agencies.
9. Complete investigations and reviews as requested.
10. Maintain all mandatory core certifications (First Aid, CPR, SOLVE, MAP, HR/DPPC).
11. Develop and monitor creative and interesting community centered opportunities for all individuals.
12. Available on call for consultation in emergencies or regarding imperative concerns.

Qualification/Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or two years of administrative/program experience. Experience with administrative functions including supervision of staff, hiring, terminations, staff development and evaluation. Familiarity with state human service systems and related treatment philosophy.
2. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
3. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment.
4. Must have basic computer knowledge.
5. Sensitivity to the needs of people with Disabilities.
6. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
7. Must hold a valid drivers' license. Must have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport consumers.
