Disability Services (DS) of JRI provides opportunities for people to live in homes and apartments in their communities and to grow through job training, supported employment and day habilitation services. We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.
The Behavioral Supervisor will provide on-site oversight of behavioral supports programming and data collection, train staff in the implementation of behavioral supports and will participate in clinical team meetings as indicated.
JRI/DS clinical supports operate within the principles of community-based services, positive behavior management, data driven programming and least restrictive practices.
Masters degree, ABA training and residential experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree with significant residential and ABA experience accepted. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
