The Building Energy Codes Project Manager is part of a two-person team reporting to the Senior Program Manager, High Performance Buildings, and, ultimately, to the Director of Public Policy. The Codes Project Manager for advocacy is charged with developing and implanting a strategy for the advancement of NEEP’s Model Progressive Building Energy Codes Policy. <br>
Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities: <br>
Successfully manage advocacy portion of building energy codes project to deliver on project goals, including the following specific objectives: <br>
•	Update and disseminate the Model Progressive Building Energy Code Policy white paper.<br>
•	Identify and recommend updates, and coordinate Northeast states’ input to national model energy codes (e.g.  IECC, ASHRAE, RECA, DOE, BCAP) to reflect the interests and needs of Northeast states. Reporting back to NEEP staff, advisory committee members, partners and underwriters<br>
•	Assist states to plan, fund and implement training and technical support programs to achieve a high level of energy code compliance.  <br>
•	Manage project communications to share information with partners, state code offices and other stakeholders. <br>
•	Facilitate a Regional Energy Code Project Advisory Committee to inform project priorities and activities, and to promote information exchange and knowledge transfer.<br>
•	Provide support to advocates and policymakers; research and prepare benefits information; serve on and/or support state energy subcommittees handling code updates; and facilitate information sharing/communications among stakeholders. <br>
•	Facilitate development of industry-based resources to assist Building Energy Code Programs in Northeast states, including coordination with ratepayer funded energy efficiency programs.<br>
•	Facilitate information exchange and knowledge transfer between states regarding successful energy codes training and support models.<br>
•	Issue regular Energy Code Updates<br>
•	Maintain project web pages <br>
•	Maintain database of stakeholders and key contacts in each state.<br>
<br>
Support NEEP organizational objectives in the following ways: <br>
•	Contribute to NEEP notes with timely and informative pieces on codes<br>
•	Prepare on a timely basis quality quarterly progress reports.<br>
•	Assist with grants and other materials to solicit and secure resources to support project activities, as well as with preparation of an annual business plan to implement strategic goals and meet funding requirements for the building energy code project. <br>
•	Prepare timely and quality grant progress reports. <br>
•	Participate as an active member of the NEEP staff team including attendance and contributions to staff meetings, teleconferences, planning, reporting, organizational development and other staff projects. <br>
<br>
Qualifications:<br>
•	B.S. in Architecture, Engineering or related field.<br>
•	Minimum of five years experience in building codes<br>
•	Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and write about them clearly and concisely.<br>
•	Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.<br>
•	Attention to detail and accuracy.<br>
•	Good track record in managing projects and working with various team members to accomplish common objectives.<br>
•	Strong verbal, written, technical communication and presentation skills.<br>
•	Proficient in Microsoft Office, (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)<br>

•	Call college access programs and State Departments of Education, informing them about CollegeWeekLive, and offer tips on how to get the word out to students.<br>
•	Follow-up on phone contact made with email and mailing of materials. Continue follow-up phone calls to a contact until reached.<br>
•	Write and submit articles at user-generated content sites about College Admissions and CollegeWeekLive as an admissions resource.<br>

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for the AccuRev product line.  You will help craft the messaging and positioning for products.  You will also develop and write many of the marketing and sales tools including business white papers, technical white papers, demonstrations, ROI studies, and more.  Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.  <br>

This position is a Product Marketing Manager and reports directly to the vice president of marketing.  You will have responsibility for the complete AccuRev product line.<br>

Key Responsibilities<br>
* Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates AccuRev products in the market<br>
* Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products.  This includes the development of white papers, demonstrations, and presentations.<br>
* Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan<br>
* Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them<br>

* 3+ years of software product marketing or similar experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role<br>

ABOUT THE POSITION:<br>

The GMI Client Service Manager is a market research professional with broad MR experience responsible for creating and developing partnership relationships with research and marketing clients.  The Account Manager plays a critical role for the organization as the primary client contact and market research expert and possesses exceptional project management skills. The Account Manager is responsible for learning the client’s business and acting as a trusted adviser to all interested decision makers within the account.<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>

-     Maintain and develop relationships with clients and ensure annual contract renewals. <br>
-     Understand the client’s needs and communicate GMI’s ability to meet them<br>
-     Debrief the project fulfillment team to ensure an understanding of the client’s issues and objectives, and act as an ongoing resource on custom or complex projects<br>
-     Ensure that the project design meets the needs of the client<br>
•	Provide guidance to clients concerning the implementation of online research sampling and programming best practices. <br>
•	Manage all details of the project to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and within budget. <br>
-     Increase client awareness and understanding of GMI's products and capabilities to augment GMI’s position within the account<br>
-     Help to maintain existing account relationships to insure they remain healthy, productive and mutually beneficial, with a goal of securing repeat business and achieving targeted revenues with key clients<br>
<br>
QUALIFICATIONS:<br>
<br>
-     2-4 years related work experience with proven ability to manage projects and build client relationships<br>
-     BA/BS in Business Marketing, Social Science, or related field<br>
-     Must be a strong communicator/listener, strategic thinker <br>
-     Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships <br>
-     Competitive nature accompanied by strong teamwork ethic and passion for satisfying clients<br>
-     Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and unstructured environment<br>

Experience/Education: <br>
•	Typically 2-4 years or more related or equivalent experience, preferably in a high tech company, technology marketing agency or high tech PR firm<br>
•	Experience executing all aspects of tradeshows and events<br>
•	Experience working with external resources (creative agencies, printers, tradeshow vendors, website vendors) <br>
•	Experience executing lead generation campaigns (E-mail, postcard, banner ad, etc..) delivered and tracked through lead management software<br>
•	Experience running webinars with GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar or similar tools<br>
•	Experience creating and implementing programs using Google Analytics, Ad Words, and other such campaigns and tracking mechanisms to ensure closed tracking loop of programs<br>
•	Bachelor Degree required (or equivalent work experience)<br>
