Troubleshoot and adjust locks, change filters on heating and ac units; service appliances, kitchen and emergency equipment; assist in moving furniture and equipment; obtain quotes and arrange for vendor services; perform routine grounds maintenance, such as snow removal and grass cutting. Perform regular painting program!
