The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the global organization, specifically in the areas of risk management, labor law compliance, succession planning, talent development, and compensation.  You will be responsible for the development of our HR guidelines, policies and procedures and will serve as the designated expert on the interpretation of HR policies and issues both domestically and internationally.  You will develop and assist in the implementation of HR programs for all of our offices. Anticipate 15% International travel as required.<br>
<br>
<b>Duties, Responsibilities and Essential Functions to include but not limited to:</b><ul><br>
<li>Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the HR function and performance and streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the department<br>
<li>Create effective policies, programs and services including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employee events<br>
<li>Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans<br>
<li>Work with senior management to define the human resources goals and objectives<br>
<li>Work with senior management in strategic and tactical management planning<br>
<li>Act as senior level advisor on human resources issues to other executives and all levels of employees throughout the organization<br>
<li>Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding human resources<br>
<li>Develop and manage the organizational structure for the human resources function within the parameters of US and International Labor law, the human resource policies of the company, adapt as required and appropriate to assure compliance with Labor law and sensitivity to local culture<br>
<li>Develop, implement, oversee and monitor the recruitment process; orientation process; relocation, immigration, and repatriation process; and an employee relations process to address employment problems with employees and coordinate with Corporate office to ensure compliance with internal policy, local, US, and International Laws and Regulations striving for internal resolution</ul><br>
<br>
<b>Education, Experience and Requirements:</b><ul><br>
<li>A Bachelor’s degree is required, an MBA or advanced degree is preferred<br>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of broad HR Generalist experience required with a minimum of 5 years as the senior corporate or divisional HR executive in a multi-location environment; international experience required<br>
<li>Experience in HR strategy, organizational development, performance management, staffing, employee development, employee compensation and motivation, employee relations, HRIS strategy, workers compensation, cost analysis and reduction a must<br>
<li>Team oriented focus<br>
<li>Excellent management skills to function at a senior level<br>
<li>Must possess initiative, appropriate level of accountability, ability to think strategically and excellent problem solving skills<br>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills<br>
<li>Adaptability and affinity for a multicultural environment<br>
<li>Previous HRIS and payroll skills desired</ul><br>
